Tingsha Bells
Tingshas are a pair of small brass cymbals joined by a leather strap, traditionally used in Tibetan Buddhist practice to mark the beginning and end of meditation, clear energy from a space, or call awareness to the present moment. When struck together and slowly drawn apart, they produce a clear, sustained bell tone that can resonate for several seconds — one of the most distinctive sounds in any meditation practice.
They're used to open and close meditation sessions, signal transitions in yoga classes, space clearing rituals, and as a mindful sound anchor throughout the day. The larger the cymbal, the deeper and longer the resonance.
Choose your size from the dropdown — smaller sizes produce a brighter, higher tone; larger sizes produce a fuller, longer-sustaining ring.
