SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Harmony Store. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1) Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you using the email and/or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and available delivery options will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are carrier-provided and begin after your order has been processed.

*Free shipping applies only where shown at checkout and may exclude oversized/heavy items or special handling items if disclosed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for delivery addresses within the continental United States (48 states).

Shipping Destinations (PO Boxes / APO/FPO/DPO)

We ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories, and we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses where supported by the selected carrier and service.
Note: Some carriers/services may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a carrier cannot deliver to your address type, we may contact you to request an alternate address or cancel/refund the order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

2) International Shipping

We offer international shipping where available at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Harmony Store is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges applied to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon delivery.

3) Delivery Issues, Lost Packages, and Damages

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package appears lost, please contact us at store@theharmonystore.com and we will assist with the carrier investigation or claim process as appropriate.

Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location and with household members/neighbors, and

  2. Contact the carrier to request delivery details, and

  3. Email us at store@theharmonystore.com within 3 days of the delivery scan so we can assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email store@theharmonystore.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside) and the shipping label

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved. We will help you with the next steps and determine the appropriate resolution consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
